General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the habjee platform and all related services. habjee is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Registration or use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. If we become aware of any account being used by a minor, that account will be closed immediately and any earned balance may be forfeited.

• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳41,000.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times.
• This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified period from the date the bonus is received.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once on the same account.

VIP Cashback

The habjee VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback applicable at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Cashback is credited directly to the account and the amount depends on gaming activity. The opportunity to move to a higher tier is created through regular gaming.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies only to the account of the individual to whom it was issued.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• habjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the habjee platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account or conducting transactions under someone else's identity.
• Applying planned betting strategies to abuse bonuses.
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Committing fraud or deception against other users.
• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches in the platform.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any of the prohibited activities listed above occur, habjee reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
